A Corporate Profile, Letter of Intent, Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order and a verifiable, confidential statement of financial capability is tendered to CWW International, LLC. in order to commence the process of fuel acquisition. Knowledge of the Exit Buyer is often helpful. The above documents are a minimum requirement and if they are deceptive, defective or if due diligence is negative, the process immediately ceases and no further action will take place.

Upon acceptance and approval of the foregoing paperwork, the product price and Procedures are forwarded to the buyer as buyer and seller communicate directly from that point forward. ALL OF THE VENDOR'S DOCUMENTS ARE GENERATED IN CONTEMPLATION OF THE INSTANT DEAL AND MAY NOT BE TRANSFERRED OR "SHOPPED" TO A THIRD PARTY. Once all prerequisites are met and Procedures are adhered to, the parties advance to closing. All dealings are straightforward, transparent and efficient.
